One of the biggest problems with the Obamacare decision by Chief Justice is that the citizens have now been put in the same position as the States. If the Federal Government does not have the power to require something of the citizens it now can use the taxing power to coerce them into doing it. This is the same thing that is done to the States with the spending power. The only good way to change things is to vote out the tyrant at the ballot box and to also take out as many of his minions in the House and Senate as possible in the same way. Then we citizens need to work together with the States to restore the proper balance between the States and the Federal Government and to restore the citizens to their proper position above the government.
